DriveInBill is a software product developed and maintained by Driveintech Info Pvt Ltd. It provides business software capabilities such as billing, retail POS, stock management, franchise management, field sales, attendance, GST-related reporting, support workflows and related software services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting the DriveInBill website, submitting an enquiry, booking a demo, using the chatbot, uploading support files, or communicating with us through the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Product Information

- Features, pricing, plans, integrations, mobile app availability, implementation scope and support terms may vary based on your selected package and final agreement.
- Any demo, quotation, proposal or offer is subject to confirmation by Driveintech Info Pvt Ltd.
4. Enquiry, Demo, Support and Complaint Submission
When you submit forms or chatbot requests, the details may be saved in our lead, support and service management system for follow-up, ticket handling and business communication.
- Enquiry and demo requests may be saved as leads.
- Support and complaint requests may be saved as leads and support tickets.
- Uploaded files should be relevant to the submitted issue or requirement.
5. User Responsibilities
- You must provide correct and lawful information while submitting forms.
- You must not upload harmful, illegal, infected, copyrighted or unrelated files.
- You must not misuse the website, chatbot, enquiry forms, API, support system or demo request process.
6. Software Implementation and Services
Final implementation timelines, customization, integrations, data migration, training, mobile app setup, GST filing support, hardware/device compatibility, barcode/thermal printer setup and other services depend on written scope, commercial terms and technical feasibility.
7. Payment, Billing and Refunds
- Software license, plan purchase, renewal, AMC, franchise license, setup, customization and service charges are billed as per the selected package or agreement.
- Partial payments, balance amounts and due dates may apply where agreed.
- Refunds, cancellations or adjustments are subject to the agreed commercial terms and project/service status.
8. Third-Party Services and Integrations
DriveInBill may support integrations such as WhatsApp, SMS, email, payment gateways, GST-related tools, barcode devices, Bluetooth thermal printers and mobile app services. Third-party service availability, pricing, downtime, policies and compliance are controlled by the respective providers.
9. Support and Maintenance
Support may include issue review, bug fixing, configuration guidance, backup support, updates and technical assistance based on the selected plan, AMC or service agreement. Support timelines may vary depending on priority, complexity and required access.
10. Intellectual Property
DriveInBill software, website content, branding, design, workflows, code, documentation and related materials are owned by or licensed to Driveintech Info Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute them without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
DriveInBill is provided as a business software solution. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Driveintech Info Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect loss, business interruption, data loss, loss of profit, third-party downtime, device incompatibility or misuse of the software.
